" Incidences from the private to the public and from the public to the private”

Creative workshop by Wilfredo Prieto
From July 26th to the 29th
 

The Cuban artists, Wilfredo Prieto will direct an artistic Workshops from July 26th to the 29th at the NMAC Foundation under the title: "Incidences from the private to the public and from the public to the private”.

Once more the NMAC Foundation becomes a Platform for creativity and artists encounter, where the experience and dialogue about art becomes essential. If you are an artist and you are interested in participating please check our web page and make sure you send us your application. Places are limited!

            Art and Nature workshops to teenagers and children

July 17th and 31th
 

On July 17th and 31th from 10:00h to 12:00h, the NMAC foundation hosts an Art and Nature workshops for teenagers and children from 8 to 14 years old. The Land-Art workshop will focus on paper recycling techniques, emphasising on the relationships between Art and Nature. Booking required.
 

JULY AND AUGUST

“AT THE FULL MOON´S LIGHT AT THE NMAC ”

July 3th and  August 3th & 31th
 

On Tuesday July 3th, Friday August 3th and Friday, August 31th visitors will have the unique opportunity of seeing the NMAC collection and its forest under the full moon with the activity "At the full moon's light “. The public will be guided through a visit to the sculpture park, where they will be able to see the works from a different perspective with the help of the flashlights.

 ART SCAVENGER HUNTS TO FAMILIES AND GROUPS
Every Sunday in July and August


For families and groups the NMAC Foundation has programmed a
Scavenger hunts all Sundays of the month of July and August, where participants will become real explores around the most hidden corners of the forest of NMAC Foundation.

 

James Turrell “ Second Wind” guided visits to the Light sequence

Every Thursdays and Saturdays
 

After a period of restoration NMAC Foundation opens the guided visits to the light sequence of work “Second Wind” by James Turrell.

The visits will take place every Thursday and Saturday upon previous reservation. Once again the public will be able to perceive the spectrum of Turrell’s colours looking at the sky from the magical Stupa.

Do not wait any longer to make your reservation. Places are limited. Not recommended for Children under 14 years old.

AUGUST

 
 

 Optic Art Workshop: “Turrell, mago de la luz y del color”

August 7th and 21th

 

Based on James Turrell studies of the colour spectrum, participants will work on close optical illusions  discovering their creative dimension through this  Optic Art  workshop. For young people aged between 8 and 14 years old. On August 7th and 21th from 10:00 am to 12:00 h. Booking require. Limited seating.
